These terms are maintained by Plan Bach Hospitality Services (the operator of Conciary) and govern your use of conciary.app. They are app-owned editable content, not a legal opinion — for questions, contact us before agreeing.
Conciary is operated by Plan Bach Hospitality Services ("we", "us"). By creating an account, booking a demo, or otherwise using the service, you agree to these terms.
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for activity under your account. Staff accounts are for named individuals — do not share logins. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
Do not use Conciary to store unlawful content, to send spam, to scrape third-party services, to impersonate others, or to interfere with the service's operation. We may suspend accounts that abuse the platform or put other customers at risk.
Paid plans are billed per room per month at the tier and currency selected at sign-up. Commissions on bookings made through Conciary are shared according to the tier you chose. Fees, tiers, and splits are shown on the pricing sections of the site and in your account settings; changes take effect from the start of the next billing cycle.
You keep ownership of the directory entries, notes, guest details, and other content you put into Conciary. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and display that content so we can provide the service to you and your staff.
Conciary integrates with third parties (for example, Google Maps for place data and Google Ads for conversion measurement). Your use of those integrations is subject to the third party's own terms.

We work hard to keep Conciary available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may add, change, or remove features, and we may update these terms — material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice before they take effect.
To the extent permitted by law, Conciary is provided "as is" and our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
You can cancel at any time from account settings or by emailing us. We may suspend or end accounts that breach these terms. On termination you can export your data for a reasonable period before it is deleted.
