Privacy & Cookie Policy

This page is maintained by Plan Bach Hospitality Services (the operator of Conciary) to answer common privacy and cookie questions about conciary.app. It is app-owned editable content, not an independent certification.

What are cookies?

Cookies are small pieces of data stored in your browser. Some are required to keep you signed in and to keep the site secure. Others are optional and only load if you accept them.

Essential cookies

These support sign-in, session security, and remembering short-lived preferences (for example, your consent choice itself, saved in your browser as conciary.cookie_consent.v1). They are always on because the site can't work without them.

Analytics cookies

If you accept, Conciary loads the Google tag (gtag.js) fromgoogletagmanager.comwith property AW-18312145261. This lets us measure aggregate traffic (which pages people visit, which links they click, which marketing sources bring visitors), and lets us measure Google Ads conversions such as a completed demo request.

Data collected: page URL, referrer, approximate location derived from IP, device and browser information, and interaction events. Google may set its own cookies (for example _ga, _gid, _gcl_*) under its own privacy policy. We do not sell this data.

Legal basis in the EU/UK: your consent, given via the banner or preferences page. You can withdraw it at any time — see below.

Changing your preferences

You can accept, reject, or reset your analytics choice on the cookie preferences page. Rejecting stops the Google tag from loading on this browser and device.
